Ingredients
- 1 pc. Cache Valley® Medium Cheddar Chunk
- 2 pc. Cache Valley® Pepper Jack Chunk
- 2 pc. Cache Valley® Swiss Chunk
- 4 slices Cache Valley® Mild Cheddar
- 30 natural, whole wheat snack crackers
- 2 sliced and toasted baguettes
- 2 bunches of red grapes
- 2 bunches of green grapes
- 2 cups black olives
- 2 cups green olives
- 6 tbsp. apricot jam
- 6 tbsp. fig jam
- ⅔ cup honey
DIP
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
- 4 tsp. parsley powder
- 2 tsp. dill powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
Steps
- MIX all dip ingredients and cool in the fridge before serving.
- CUT Cache Valley® cheese into cubes and slices to enhance their appearance when arranged.
- ARRANGE cheese, baguette slices, and crackers along with grapes, olives, jams and honey in a decorative manner on the cheese board.
