
Ingredients

- 1 cup of softened Cache Valley® Creamery Butter
- 1/2 cup Cache Valley® Creamery Shredded (Parmesan Cheese)
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
Steps
- Prepare the Ingredients:
Soften the Cache Valley® Creamery Butter by letting it sit at room temperature.
Mince the garlic cloves.
Chop green onions. - Mix the Ingredients:
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and minced green onions.
Add the grated Cache Valley® Creamery Parmesan Cheese to the mixture.
Stir in the chopped green onion and ground black pepper. - Blend until Smooth:
Using a spatula or hand mixer, blend the ingredients until they are thoroughly combined and smooth. - Store and Use:
Transfer the garlic butter to a small container or wrap it in parchment paper, forming a log.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using to allow the flavors to meld. - Serve on Steaks:
When ready to use, slice a portion of the garlic butter and place it on your cooked steak.
Use a torch to melt the butter over the steak for a rich, flavorful finish.
